THE SOUL OF BLUE
Silva Palmeira (b.1934), painter, ceramist and sculptor, award-winning artist in France, develops in this serigraphy on canvas a poetics of serenity and at the same time of evasion , in a double aspect of water dreams. A cradle, a receptacle of brightness and light, molding itself in its apparent passivity to a sinuous game of earthly volumes, in delicate hues of ocher and brown, it is the perfect source of light. It is the very soul of blue and its enchanted domain. But at the same time, at the heart of this horizon of dreams, it represents the invitation to journey, source of all discoveries.
