WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?

 

1. In-Store Pickup

 

In-store pickup is available for all purchases.

 

It can be done at one of our galleries:

Pickup at a CPS gallery in Lisbon is available 3-5 business days after placing the order. An email will be sent when the order is ready for pickup.

 

  

2. Courier Shipping

 

We ship our orders via a trusted courier for the safe handling of our artworks, with the following rates and delivery times:

The prices mentioned apply to the shipping of artworks on paper up to 100 cm, rolled in a tube. For artworks requiring different packaging due to their format or other characteristics, CPS will inform the customer in advance by phone or email about applicable shipping costs. Prices are subject to change depending on the artwork(s) and the destination country. For international orders, prices and times do not include customs duties and clearance times.

 

All deadlines and dates provided for product delivery are given in good faith but are estimates only. 

For EU and UK consumers: this does not affect your statutory rights. Unless otherwise specified, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information, please see our Terms.

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping.

Please note that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions regarding some international deliveries and these may be subject to additional taxes and fees over which we have no control.

If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws in the country where you reside and will be responsible for any additional costs or taxes.

 

WHEN ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?

Orders are shipped only on business days, which are Monday to Friday.

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

We will inform you of the estimated delivery date of your order. If for some unexpected reason the order takes longer to be prepared and shipped, we will inform you of these delays.

If delivery exceeds the estimated time during the delivery process, please contact us as soon as possible.
