Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
 
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
 
In-Store Pickup
 
In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available in our Santos Gallery in Rua dos Industriais 6, 1249-023 Lisboa, from Monday to Friday, from 10h00 to 19h00, and in our CCB Gallery in Praça do Império, 1449-003 Lisboa, everyday from 10h00 to 19h00. . Pick-up at a CPS gallery in Lisbon is available 3-5 business days after placing the order. An email will be sent when the order is available for pick-up.
 
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
 
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
 
The mentioned prices apply to the shipment of works on paper up to 100 cm, rolled in a tube. For works that require different packaging due to their format or other characteristics, CPS will inform the customer in advance by phone or email about the applicable shipping costs. Prices are subject to change, depending on the artwork(s) and destination country. For international orders, the prices and timeframes do not include customs fees and clearance times.
 
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
 
We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.
 
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
 
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
 
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.
 
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
 
The user will be informed of the estimated delivery date for their order. If for an unexpected reason the order takes longer to be prepared and sent, we will inform of such delays. If the delivery exceeds the estimated time during the delivery process, please contact us as soon as possible.
