However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return them for a full refund or store credit, or exchange them for another piece of art. RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase. All returned products must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached, if applicable.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, physically bring it to a CPS store. If returning by mail, contact us at contacto@cps.pt to confirm the return. After our confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail it to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable method for safety.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.
