Born in Lisbon in 1969, she graduated in Painting from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Lisbon in 1994.

She is a resident artist at Galeria Arte Periférica, where she has exhibited frequently since 1993, e.g. "Leituras de Porta Aberta" (2012), "Soluções Comprometidas" (2011). However, she has exhibited in other spaces, such as Babel Bookstore, "Livros Vivos" (2011). She has also participated in several group exhibitions.
