The CPS congratulates the artist JAS for being awarded this prize and for the well-deserved recognition of his work.
Launched in 2021, the Sovereign Portuguese Art Prize aims to increase the international exposure of artists from Portugal or the Portuguese diaspora.
At the same time, it seeks to raise funds for artistic education programs in the country, primarily supporting vulnerable children.
