Rui Sanches (b. 1954), whose career was recognized in 2008 with the AICA-Ministry of Culture Award and who completed his training ;o in England and the United States, it is He is one of the great names in contemporary Portuguese sculpture. This work, in light and neutral tones, is part of a series of the anthological drawing exhibition at the Berardo Museum (10 Oct/19 – 12 Jan/20) and developed in geometrically refined and minimalist language that defines its style, evocative and innovative concepts of the space of the house. It was intervened with collage and painting and the background was drawn directly on the silk by the artist.
