Álvaro Siza Vieira (b. 1933), the biggest name in architecture in the second half of the 20th century, created an unmistakable style due to the sobriety, rigor, lightness and simplicity of his lines and volumes, alongside a great formal complexity, based on the main references of his career, the exponents of modern architecture, Adolf Loos (Austrian), Frank Lloyd Wright (American), Alvar Aalto (Finnish) and Le Corbusier (Swiss). Distinguished with some of the greatest awards for his profession, such as the Alvar Aalto Medal and the Mies Van der Rohe Prize in 1988, the Pritzker in 1992 and the Golden Lion of the Venice Architecture Biennale in 2012, the Siza Vieira's work disseminated around the world is globally recognized and admired. Now It was the subject of several international exhibitions, notably at the Center Pompidou in Paris. In Portugal it is the celebrated author of the Museu de Arte Contempornea da Fundação de Serralves, among many other works that marked the modernity of architecture in our country.

The current screen print represents a celebration of his exceptional architect's drawing.
