The Seven Deadly Sins Teresa Pato graduated in photography from the Escola Superior de Belas Artes de Lisboa, is part of the studios of the Cooperativa de Gravadores Portugueses, having founded in 2000, together with 8 other engravers, the Água Forte Engraving Association. Participated in several wokshops with national and foreign teachers. In 1996 she was awarded the Youth Prize at the 5th Amadora Engraving Biennial and in 1997 with the Acquisition Prize at the 7th Biennial. He has exhibited individually since 1998. In the current edition of silkscreens, the artist, in a game of poetic allegories and subtle metaphors, "comments" on the 7 deadly sins, which in their creation are closer to fables and children's stories than to the negative and transgressive climate that they normally evoke. .
