Born in 1954 in Mozambique, graduating in Economics and later, in 1984, taking Plastic Experiences Courses at the National Society of Fine Arts.

In 1979 he traveled to Macau where his interaction with Chinese artists had fruitful results, leading him to exhibit in several Asian cities. He publishes a book of drawings, as well as illustrating books of poetry and essays by several local poets and writers, with his drawings being published in several Chinese and Portuguese newspapers.

Currently it is President of the Fiscal Council of the National Society of Fine Arts.
