Luísa Penhanwas born in the city of Porto in 1958, the city where she attended the Architecture course at ESBAP. He graduated from F.AU.P in 1986 with a classification of 16 points, having received the Engº Antônio de Almeida for the highest grade of the academic year (85/86).

Collaborates with Arqº Siza Viera since 1978 and has been in business since 1984.
