Born in Angola, in the city of Nova Lisboa (Huambo), in 1967. Author of the North-South Prize from the Council of Europe in 1998. 

His work is represented in several public collections and in numerous private collections in Portugal and abroad. He also participated in several exhibitions individual and collective works, in the country and abroad. He was one of the 25 artists selected to participate in the official exhibition commemorating the “25 years of the 25th of April”. 

É author and illustrator of books of poems and stories, his first work being “Nuandino Tiro” edited by Contemporânea Editora.
