Fernanda Pissarro

Born in Macedo de Cavaleiros in 1943. graduated in Painting from E.S.B.A.L. He works as a secondary school teacher and researches engraving in the workshops of Cooperativa Diferença. She received a scholarship from the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation from 1968 to 1971 and in 2000 she was awarded the "Amadora 20 Anos" Prize at the VII Amadora Engraving Biennial 2000. Of the exhibitions she held, the following stand out. the most recent: in 1999, IV ANAP Exhibition, Aveiro Museum; "Peinture Portugaise", Contemporaine à; la veille du XII Siècle - Embassy of Portugal – Brussels; in 2000, "Pequeno Formato" Exhibition, Rivoli, Porto; VII Biennale, 1st International Engraving of Amadora and Embassy of Portugal, Brussels; in 2006, Art on the Plain, Monte do Cortço. It is represented in public and private institutions.
