THE DANCE OF LINES Rodrigo Germano composes in these silkscreens, pure recordings of rhythms and movements that dance makes more expressive. Syncopated, fragmentary records, evoking the “anthropometries” by the French painter Yves Klein (1928-1962), pioneer of “prints” made with his own body and that the blue of these works also brings to the souvenir. Figurines from an imaginary museum that we enjoy visiting in the company of the great Masters and their younger disciples.

Rodrigo Germano

Rodrigo M. Germano was born in Lisbon in 1976. He graduated in Architecture in 1999 and, since then, his main professional activity. Design, from a conscious point of view, expression beyond words. He developed painting as the secret of his own discovery and interpretation of the world.

During his artistic life, he developed his own style of minimalist drawing that explores the expression of line and stain. Use it as an extension of personal and intimate expression, configuring a self-reactive behavioral therapy, like a catharsis, where criticism, irony, intimate feeling, opinion, morals, living, philosophy, psychology, life, it is target of (re)interpretation.
