Hugo Luz

Hugo Luz was born in Lisbon, in 1981. He studied at the Escola Artística António Arroio, graduated in architecture from ULHT and later trained as an architect in London.

Of particular note is his collaboration in directing work at the Júlio Pomar Museum, at the Royal Falconry Palace, at the Constitutional Court Auditorium (Ratton Palace) and at the entrance to the Patio das Damas (Palace of Belém). As an architect and in the field of interior architecture, he has also developed some solo projects.

His fascination with the arts led him to complement his academic training in engraving at Cooperativa Diferença and painting at SNBA.

He has collaborated with several visual artists on different projects, with emphasis on "Desoriente Express", at the Museu do Oriente and "Shelves", at Casa Jaime Umbelino, where he was invited by the artist Bela Silva to design the exhibition architecture ;o.
