Born in 1959, in the city of Zamora in Spain. He graduated in engineering and philosophy, which he was linked to for a while, ending up abandoning it and dedicating himself exclusively to his career. painting. He studied at the School of Applied Arts and Artistic Crafts in Madrid.

He dedicated himself to Engraving in a self-taught way, in 1984 he opened his own studio. of engraving. In 1989 he created ‘M más M Ediciones’ and in 1990 he founded the engraving and poetry magazine ‘Estacion Central’, as well as the center ‘Cruce, Art and thought’. In 2003 he received the City of Valdepeña award and the Castilla la Mancha award; 2001 - Extraordinary Queen Sofia Prize; 2000 – ‘Slovenija Umetnost Odprta za’, in Slovenia; 1999 – Vila de Aranjuez Prize - Alcorcón Biennial; 1996 - Maria de Salamanca Engraving Prize, M. Spanish Engravings, Marbella; Uniéo Fenosa Prize at the Zamora Biennale.
