Miguel João Pinheiro Soares Rocha was nborn in Lisbon, in 1968. He spent much of his childhood in Alhandra, later returning to Lisbon. capital where he spent his youth, studying at the António Arroio School and the National Society of Fine Arts between 1994 and 1996.
Working in comics, illustration and theater since 1999, I have published several books, short stories and comic books (having debuted as a comic book author in 1997), in Portugal and abroad . He regularly participates in exhibitions, having received several awards for his comic books, namely at the Amadora BD - Amadora International Comics Festival (FIBDA), a festival that dedicated an exhibition to him. the retrospective in 2001. In 2000, he won the Best Portuguese Album of the year, FIBDA; Award for the Best Designer of the year, FIBDA, and in 2006, the Best Album, Best Drawing, Best Argument and Youth Award, FIBDA.
