Born in Lisbon. He graduated in Painting from the Escola Superior de Belas Artes de Lisboa. Between 1985 and 1987 he taught Painting at the Núcleo de Arte Gapei Lda. in Lisbon. É Author of several illustrations of poetic texts. He also created several mural paintings, within the scope of art in public spaces and was a member of the jury in several painting competitions. You are represented in several Museums and public and private institutions. He has been working for around twenty-eight years as a Senior Technician at the São Roque Museum, Santa Casa da Misericórdia in Lisbon.
