Maser

Maser was born in Ireland in 1981. He began his career in the graffiti scene on the streets of Dublin, aged just 14, and is now a leading figure on the international art scene. With a background in fine art and visual communication, recognised by an award from the International Society of Typographic Designers, his work reflects a deep connection to urban environments and communities.

Maser is known for his large-scale installations and vibrant colours, as well as his involvement in humanitarian and solidarity causes. His work has been presented at art fairs such as INK Miami, Art on Paper NYC and EXPO Chicago, and his collaborations include institutions such as the Irish Museum of Modern Art (IMMA), the Palais de Tokyo in Paris or even the Sydney Opera House and the Wembley Stadium. To date, his work includes murals in various countries, including Ireland, the UK, Denmark, Uganda, the USA and now Portugal.

He has exhibited solo at prestigious galleries such as Rhodes Contemporary Art and Lazarides Gallery, the gallery that represented Banksy. His awards include several honours from the Arts Council of Ireland, including the ‘Agility Award’. He currently leads Atelier Now, a creative space in Dublin dedicated to contemporary art and artist residencies.

His vibrant installations and collaborations continue to transform urban landscapes, reflecting his commitment to innovation and the collective spirit of cities.
