É Visual Arts teacher, Painter and Engraver. He attended the Painting Course at the Escola Superior de Belas Artes de Lisboa. 

Throughout his artistic career, he participated in several collective and individual exhibitions, as well as Biennials, in Portugal and abroad.

She received the First Hogan Engraving Prize and is represented in several private collections in Portugal and abroad, as well as in several Municipal Councils and companies with large-scale works .
