Born in Belgium in 1940, Dacos makes engraving, lithography and ceramic engraving. He produced numerous artist's books with Belgian, Luxembourgish, French and Polish poets.

He participated in the creation and foundation of several groups: ATPLOPG (1968), Gravprg International (1969), La Poupée d’Encre (1975), La Lettre Douce (1981), La Nouvelle Poupée d’Encre (1992). He is a founding (and always active) member of Tétras Lyre Editions (1988).

He held several solo and group exhibitions in Portugal, Belgium, France, Spain, England, Argentina, Poland, Italy and Holland.

He is represented in several public and private collections.
