Illustrated with more than 80 drawings and paintings that contemplate about 70 Portuguese and foreign artists, such as Artur Bual, Cruzeiro Seixas, Júlio Resende or Nadir Afonso, the poem book «Vida, Narrativas Poéticas» by António Prates, founder of the Portuguese Printmaking Canter (Centro Português de Serigrafia), will be presented on December 15th, at 6:30 pm, at CPS Headquarters (Rua dos Industriais, 6) in Lisbon.
The presentation of the book will be attended by the actress and writer Ana Zanatti, author of the preface, by photographer António Homem Cardoso, by Prof. Dr. Jorge Branco and the director of CPS, João Prates.
In the words of Ana Zanatti "these texts are António himself, in his more confessional, more exposed, more fragile side. (...) António, male child, eternal adolescent, exudes tenderness, desire, love or passion knowing, in his intimate, that none of them will ever be missing."
The Special Edition consists of 250 copies numbered and signed by the author.
Entrance is free.
